Click on the appropriate folder name that has been assigned to you.

Enter your assigned name and password when prompted.

You will then see either the file(s) or folder(s) that contain your media.

Your media will probably be in a .mp3; .wav; or .aif format.

Once you see the file(s), you can click on the it to listen or download it using the following instructions.

PC users: 
Right-click on the file & choose "Save target as..."

MAC users: 
Control-click on the file & choose "Download link to disk"
